Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Any item can be returned within 14 days from the time it is received for a full refund of the purchase price. If it is an item that is being picked up in person, we can issue a refund or apply the credit towards the purchase of another item. If it is an item that was shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method once the item is returned to our warehouse. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped out. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive an item, please inspect it at the time of delivery. We are only able to refund the original purchase amount and not including shipping. If there was damage due to shipping, this will need to be addressed by the buyer with the shipping company.
